Whats the difference between Remi and Silky hair?
Remi is the highest quality human hair available. The hair is collected and processed keeping all its root ends at the same end, just like yours and mine. For this reason the hair is almost completely tangle free. As opposed to Silky Straight (Non-Remi) where the hair is collected and processed irrespective of which end the roots are facing. Though our Silky Straight is the highest quality alternative to the Remi, and has an equally natural look and feel.
Can you curl, crimp, wave, straighten, colour the hair extensions?
Yes, as all of our hair is 100% human you can use it just as you would your own.
How many peices do you get with the clip-on hair extensions?
The clip-on head sets are specially designed to cover your entire head. You get 2 main wefts (doubled) 28cm and 21cm wide, 2 side pieces 11cm wide each and 2 additional pieces 4cm wide per piece.
Are the clip-on extensions easy to fit?
Yes, very easy. You simply slide the snap on clips under your hair onto your hair line, at the top of your head, and snap the clips into place.
How much hair do you get with the standard 4oz/110g packs?
You get more than enough for a full head, the hair comes in an approximate 5ft weft - plenty to play with.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We can supply all worlwide orders within 14-21 days of receipt of deposit. We require a 50% deposit to begin production and 50% on completion before the goods are sent. We do not work with any credit terms.
Hair Tips:
Brushing
When wearing the extensions they should be brushed daily using a wide toothed comb. Never use a ball tip or hard plastic bristle brush with hair extensions, these brushes can pull and stretch your extensions. When combing the hair always work your way from the ends to the roots and hold the extensions at the seal to prevent pulling.
Shampooing
Avoid wetting or washing hair extensions for 2-3 days after initial application. Try and use Frequent Use Shampoo, this contains a formulation of special ingredients to cleanse the natural hair and your extensions without build up. The hair should then always be rinsed thoroughly in cool water.
With clip-in extensions, they won’t need to be washed very often unless styling products have been used. When washing them, lukewarm water should be used and they should be airdried when possible.
Drying
To wear the hair curly it is best to allow the hair to air dry. When using a blow dryer it is best to use the cool setting and avoid pulling the extensions with a brush when they are warm.
Styling Products
Any normal styling products may be used with your extensions, (hairsprays, mousse, and gels.) Though oils, serums and waxes should not be applied to the extensions.
